I believe it has it's value in helpdesk scenarios where folks need to juggle multiple tools, especially in hybrid scenarios and need to switch between on-prem and cloud.
Most enterprise orgs I work with measure help desk performance in time to resolve cases and tools like EasyEntra really shine in these scenarios.
This in my top 10 most useless tools ever. Just another layer on top of the utterly easy M365 web UI, pointless supply chain security risk.
