How Microsoft automates 100+ app requests per month and Microsoft’s strict mandates for internal apps
I am doing this exact work with a client right now. Perhaps I’m even taking it further in some aspects, by ensuring apps have good assignment governance (using access packages, reviews, etc. )

why not have a column for current apps in entra which shows an overall risk?
depending on usage, app permissions e.g.
